About Me

I qualified as a counsellor in 2013 and have worked in a variety of settings, such as schools, colleges, sexual health clinics, charities and helplines.

Supporting survivors of abuse is a subject very close to my heart, as I know the detrimental impact it can have on your self worth.

I want to help you rebuild your life, and your sense of self.

It is important to me to advocate for survivors, and raise awareness about breaking the cycle of abuse.
